TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the preparation and delivery of meals intended for collective accommodation centers for people in precarious situations. The services include the provision of ready-to-eat meals, daily delivery on site, and the provision of containers and equipment necessary for transport and service. The contractor provides the following meals: # Breakfast (cold meal allowed); # Dinner / main hot meal; # Snacks, if applicable. The meals must be balanced and nutritious, adapted to the needs of a vulnerable population and composed to ensure sufficient intake of proteins, lipids, and carbohydrates. Menus must be communicated in advance (1 week before the actual delivery).
