TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement is for the issuance, delivery and management monitoring of restaurant vouchers for its non-housed employees of GRANDLYON HABITAT. For information purposes, 489 employees as of 31 June 2026 were beneficiaries of restaurant vouchers. The population of beneficiaries is expected to remain stable over the 4 years of the framework agreement. The above-mentioned services form a single lot. This contract provides for: A single-award framework agreement governed by Articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 paragraph 2; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. This framework agreement sets the contractual provisions firmly and will be carried out as and when required by the conclusion of issuance of purchase order vouchers in accordance with the terms defined in this framework agreement. A framework agreement with firm unit prices will be awarded to a single company or to a grouping. It takes effect from its notification date, which is forecast to be 1 December 2026.
