TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the maintenance and cleaning of vacant housing, the cleaning of common areas, both interior and exterior, including waste management across the entire property of GrandLyon Habitat. This contract constitutes: - A multi-awardee framework agreement governed by articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 paragraph 2; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. - This framework agreement sets out the contractual stipulations firmly and will be executed as needs arise through the issuance of purchase orders according to the terms defined in this framework agreement. The above-mentioned services constitute a single lot. The framework agreement takes effect from 1 February 2027 for a firm period of two (2) years. It may be renewed once (1) for two (2) years, for a maximum duration of four (4) years. It is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 7,000,000 euros excl. VAT for the firm two (2) year period. In case of renewal, the minimum/maximum amounts will also be renewed for a new two (2) year period.
