TENDER DESCRIPTION

1.1. Services required in relation to equipment maintenance Tenderers are requested to complete the tables in Annex 2 – Inventory. The tenderer will propose two types of maintenance contract, namely the preventive maintenance contract and the full maintenance contract. a) Preventive maintenance contract: the tenderer must take all necessary steps to keep equipment or an installation in good working order and to avoid damage or breakdown. The price will be determined on the basis of an annual or multiannual visit. The number of visits per year required is specified in the column “numbers of annual visits” in Annex 2. The travel, labour costs, and all products and parts that must be replaced during preventive maintenance are also included in the price quotation (for example: oil, lamps, seals, etc.). Likewise, all consumables necessary for preventive maintenance will be included in the price. During the performance of the contract, if the successful tenderer wishes to invoice a consumable, it shall provide proof by means of a note that this consumable is not necessary under the preventive maintenance contract.
