TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this consultation is to establish social insertion and professional qualification service provisions through economic activity, based on supporting activities of hygiene for common areas and cleaning of vacant housing, for the property managed by GRANDLYON HABITAT. This contract constitutes: - A multi-award framework agreement governed by articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 paragraph 2; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. - This framework agreement sets out the contractual terms firmly and will be executed according to needs by issuing purchase orders under the conditions defined in this framework agreement. The aforementioned services are subject to a single lot. The framework agreement takes effect from 1 February 2027 for a firm period of two (2) years. It may be renewed once (1) for two (2) years, i.e., a maximum duration of four (4) years. It is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 7,000,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for the firm period of two (2) years.
