This framework agreement aims to carry out strategic, diagnostic, and regulatory studies related to the short water cycle within the territory of the Valenciennes Metropolis Agglomeration Community (CAVM). This assignment mainly involves the development and updating of Sanitation Master Plans (SDA), as well as Sanitation and Stormwater Management Zoning. It also aims to initiate or complete the self-monitoring and permanent diagnostic system of the sanitation system, as well as its asset management.
