TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement aims at conducting strategic, diagnostic, and regulatory studies related to the small water cycle in the territory of the Valenciennes Métropole Agglomeration Community (CAVM). This assignment mainly consists of the development and updating of Sanitation Master Plans (SDA), as well as Sanitation and Stormwater Management Zonings. It also aims to initiate or complete the self-monitoring and continuous diagnostic system of the sanitation system, as well as its asset management.
