TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the awarding of a framework agreement with purchase orders for pruning, felling, stump removal, and maintenance of the tree heritage of the City of Blanc-Mesnil and the holiday center of Nanteuil-le-Haudouin. In accordance with articles L. 2113-10 and following of the Public Procurement Code, the consultation is divided into two distinct lots: Lot No. 1: Architectured pruning, including maintenance and recovery of trees shaped in architectured forms as well as, if applicable, pruning of hedges assimilated to these structured treatments; Lot No. 2: Freeform pruning, felling, dismantling, stump removal, possible devitalization, interventions coexisting with the environment, urgent interventions and on-call duty. Each lot constitutes a separate framework agreement. Each lot is awarded to a single economic operator. Lot No. 1 is a framework agreement with purchase orders at mixed prices, including a lump sum part (DPGF) for the scheduled architectured pruning services, and a part at unit prices (BPU) for occasional or corrective services relating to Lot 1.
