TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation aims at awarding a framework agreement with purchase orders for pruning, felling, stump removal and maintenance of the tree heritage of the City of Blanc-Mesnil and the Holiday Center of Nanteuil-le-Haudouin. In accordance with articles L. 2113-10 and following of the Public Procurement Code, the consultation is divided into two distinct lots: Lot No. 1: Structured pruning, including maintenance and restoration of trees trained in structured shapes as well as, where applicable, pruning of hedges assimilated to these structured treatments; Lot No. 2: Free-form pruning, felling, dismantling, stump removal, possible devitalization, coexistence interventions with the environment, urgent interventions and on-call duty. Each lot constitutes a separate framework agreement. Each lot is awarded to a single economic operator. Lot No. 1 is a framework agreement with purchase orders at mixed prices, including a lump sum part (DPGF) for scheduled structured pruning services, and a unit price part (BPU) for occasional or corrective services related to Lot 1.
