TENDER DESCRIPTION

The present contract aims at the preparation of the Public Utility Declaration (DUP) and parcel investigation files as well as the monitoring of the administrative and judicial phase of the expropriation procedure, in accordance with current regulations. These files will concern the various projects of the local authorities located within the intervention perimeter of the Public Land Establishment of Nouvelle-Aquitaine (EPFNA).
