TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns travel agency services for individual and group business travel for the benefit of the agents of Solideo Alpes 2030. The Société de Livraisons des Ouvrages Olympiques Alpes 2030 (“Solideo Alpes 2030”)’s purpose is to ensure the delivery of all structures and the completion of all development and planning operations necessary for the organisation of the 2030 French Alps Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, within the timelines set by the International Olympic Committee. Solideo Alpes 2030 is also tasked with ensuring the destination of these structures and these operations upon completion of the 2030 Paralympic Games. As part of implementing the Solideo Alpes 2030 mission, and for the organisation of its activities, the Resource Directorate is looking for a solution to book accommodation and transport arrangements in order to ensure the business travel of the teams that need to travel to the relevant bodies as well as to the territories of the future 2030 Winter Olympic Games.
