TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns travel agency services for individual and group business trips for the benefit of the Solideo Alpes 2030 staff. The Société de Livraisons des Ouvrages Olympiques Alpes 2030 ("Solideo Alpes 2030")’s purpose is to ensure the delivery of all structures and the completion of all development operations necessary for organizing the 2030 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games of the French Alps, within the deadlines set by the International Olympic Committee. Solideo Alpes 2030 is also tasked with ensuring the destination of these structures and these operations at the conclusion of the 2030 Paralympic Games. As part of the implementation of the Solideo Alpes 2030 mission, and in order to organize its interventions, the Resources Department is seeking a solution to reserve accommodation and transport options to ensure the business travel of teams who must travel to the relevant authorities as well as to the territories of the future 2030 Winter Olympic Games.
