TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns travel agency services for individual and group business travel for the benefit of Solideo Alpes 2030 agents. The Company for the Delivery of the Olympic Works of the French Alps for 2030 (“Solideo Alpes 2030”) is tasked with ensuring the delivery of all works and the completion of all development operations necessary for the organization of the 2030 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in the French Alps, within the time limits set by the International Olympic Committee. Solideo Alpes 2030 is also responsible for ensuring the destination of these works and operations at the end of the 2030 Paralympic Games. As part of setting up the Solideo Alpes 2030 mission, and for organizing its interventions, the Directorate of Resources is looking for a solution to book accommodation and transport arrangements in order to ensure business travel for the teams that must travel to the authorities as well as to the territories of the future 2030 Winter Olympic Games.
