The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing purchase orders. The details of the missions assigned to the holder are set out in the specification. Services are paid for using unit and lump-sum prices. 2.1.1. Scope & Nature Single-award framework agreement with purchase orders entrusting to the Technical Engineering Office (BET) the overall engineering for the GHT 83 (hospital, tertiary, medico-social): * Expertise & engineering: Thermal, fluids (sanitary and medical), renewable energies, digital architectures (Smart Building, BOS, Hypervision, IoT), telecommunications (mobility/DECT) and electronic security (PC Sécurité). * Project management assistance (AMO) for procurement: Definition of needs, drafting of tender documentation (DCE), analysis of bids (Supplies, Services, Works). * Execution project management assistance (AMO): Operational, administrative and financial monitoring of works contracts and operation-maintenance. 2.1.2.
