The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase order forms. The details of the missions entrusted to the contractor are set out in the specification. The services are paid for using unit and lump-sum prices. 2.1.1. Scope & Nature Single-award framework agreement with order forms entrusting to the Technical Studies Office (Bureau d'Études Techniques – BET) the overall engineering of GHT 83 (hospital, tertiary, medico-social) : * Expertise & engineering: Thermal, fluids (sanitary and medical), renewable energies, digital architectures (Smart Building, BOS, Hypervision, IoT), telecommunications (mobility/DECT) and electronic security (PC Sécurité). * Procurement project management assistance (AMO Achat): Defining needs, drafting tender documentation (DCE), analysing bids (Supplies, Services, Works). * Execution project management assistance (AMO Exécution): Operational, administrative and financial monitoring of works and operating/maintenance exploitation contracts. 2.1.2.
