TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement is intended to entrust the contractor, through subsequent contracts, with real estate marketing and support services relating to the unit-by-unit sale of dwellings from the portfolio of Val d'Oise Habitat, including social housing units, non-social housing units and intermediate housing units, whether vacant or occupied, and, where applicable, their annexes and dependencies. The contractor acts as a marketing service provider. It does not act either as the Office’s decision-making agent, nor as an arbitration body, nor as a duly authorized representative empowered to legally commit Val d'Oise Habitat outside the missions assigned to it in the context of this contract. The contractor will perform its services in compliance with the provisions of the French Construction and Housing Code, the ALUR law and the regulations applicable to public housing offices (Offices publics de l'Habitat). The framework agreement concluded has no minimum amount and an annual maximum amount of 215 000 euro(s) excluding tax.
