The missions that may be entrusted to the contractor include, depending on the characteristics and specific needs of each operation, administrative, technical, financial and operations management missions. These missions may in particular include managing financial flows as well as implementing mechanisms for advancing cash, prefinancing or temporary financing needed to carry out the relevant operations.
