The missions that may be entrusted to the contractor include, depending on the characteristics and specific needs of each operation, administrative, technical, financial and operations management missions. These missions may in particular include managing financial flows, as well as implementing mechanisms for advances of cash, pre-financing or temporary financing required for carrying out the relevant operations.
