TENDER DESCRIPTION

The composite contract includes: On the one hand, - ongoing cleaning and sweeping services for the roads, sidewalks, storm drains, and car parks of the municipality of Jérôme-sur-Seine (lump-sum part), On the other hand, - occasional services, also including the collection and processing of waste, which may be carried out on a one-off basis, at the municipality’s written request, for exceptional days during events of various kinds (part of the framework agreement with purchase orders). This framework agreement sets out all the conditions for performing the services; it is performed as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority.
