TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the framework agreement is the appointment of an external consultant responsible for the provision of services relating to the assessment stage of the selection procedure for senior managers of the Walloon Region and the French Community. Description of the services to be performed: These services will be more precisely the following: 1° the preselection of candidates admitted to participate in the assessment, consisting, for each concerned position, in the analysis of files submitted by the Minister of Public Service and in the establishment of the list of candidates admitted to participate in the assessment (maximum eight), according to their suitability to the applicable job profile. This preselection concerns the applications which, upstream, have been judged by the authority to be admissible and meeting the participation conditions set out in the call for applications. 2° the organisation and conduct of assessments in the managerial and leadership domain, including the summoning of admitted candidates, the analysis of their skills using recognized assessment methods, as well as the preparation of a reasoned assessment report for each candidate.
