TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the framework agreement is to appoint an external consultant responsible for the provision of services relating to the assessments stage of the procedure for selecting senior managers of the Walloon Region and the French Community. Description of the services to be performed: These services will more specifically include the following: 1° the preselection of the candidates admitted to take part in the assessment, which for each position concerned consists of analysing the files transmitted by the Minister for the Public Service and drawing up the list of candidates admitted to take part in the assessment (eight at most), according to their suitability for the applicable job profile. This preselection concerns applications that, upstream, have been found by the authority to be admissible and to meet the participation conditions laid down in the call for applications. 2° the organisation and performance of the assessments in the management and leadership field, including convening the admitted candidates, analysing their skills using recognised assessment methods, and preparing, for each candidate, a reasoned assessment report.
