TENDER DESCRIPTION

Demolition works, total or partial, of buildings owned by the Saint-Martin local authority or acquired by it during the term of the framework agreement, and of third-party buildings subject to an order of danger or making safe when the local authority arranges for the works to be carried out ex officio. The services include preparatory works (site setup, fencing, clearing of undergrowth, identification and neutralisation of utility networks), demolition, sorting, removal and recovery of waste to authorised facilities, ancillary masonry works and reinstatement of the sites. The removal of materials containing asbestos is the subject of a separate contract. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount, with a maximum amount of EUR 3,000,000 over 36 months, with at most three contractors, to whom purchase orders are assigned on a rotational basis. The first purchase order covers the demolition of the former Bord de Mer school in Marigot.
