TENDER DESCRIPTION

Demolition works, total or partial, of buildings belonging to the Collectivité de Saint-Martin or acquired by it during the term of the framework agreement, and of third-party buildings subject to a decree of danger or emergency safety measure where the Collectivité has the works carried out ex officio. The services include preparatory works (site set-up, fencing, clearing of undergrowth, locating and neutralising utilities), demolition, sorting, removal and recovery of waste to authorised facilities, ancillary masonry works and reinstatement of the land. The removal of materials containing asbestos is the subject of a separate contract. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount, with a maximum amount of €3,000,000 over 36 months, with at most three successful tenderers, to whom the purchase orders are assigned in turn. The first purchase order covers the demolition of the former Bord de Mer school, in Marigot.
