TENDER DESCRIPTION

Multi-operator framework agreement with subsequent contracts for the supply and delivery of natural gas at the delivery points of Deux-Sèvres Habitat. The delivery and supply of Natural Gas supplying the delivery points include: - The complete supply in natural gas energy to the delivery points supplying the buildings of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY specified in the appendix to the CCATP and corresponding to a gas supply for heating plants, dwellings, workshops and administrative buildings; - Access to and use of the public distribution network for the delivery points under a single contract; - The services associated with this supply. The general characteristics of the services expected are described in this special administrative and technical clauses document [CCATP]. They will be specified in the contracts awarded on the basis of this framework agreement, referred to as “subsequent contracts”. The list of delivery points operated by the Office is provided in the appendix to the CCATP.
