TENDER DESCRIPTION

This multi-attribute framework agreement aims to carry out structural diagnostics and soil, geotechnical and environmental studies, studies of sites and polluted soils as part of construction projects, developments, roadworks, incidents or rehabilitations, acquisition improvements on the territory of OPAC de l'Oise. These assignments may be carried out on rented housing, commercial premises, in co-ownership, individual properties, multi-unit properties, residential care homes and/or public access establishments (ERP), and commercial premises. It is expressly stated that this framework agreement in no way constitutes an exclusivity commitment for its contractors. The Contracting Authority remains free, very occasionally, to commission similar assignments from other service providers if it turns out that the contractors under the framework agreement cannot perfectly meet the needs of the Contracting Authority.
