TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation aims to establish a national framework agreement providing for the supply of pipes and steel accessories for deep geothermal. This framework agreement concerns Dalkia and its affiliated companies, responsible for geothermal exploitation or required to carry out work on geothermal systems throughout the French territory (mainland). This is a single-award framework agreement based on purchase orders, lasting three years renewable twice for one-year periods by express renewal (up to a maximum of 5 years). It will be concluded without a minimum turnover and with a maximum of EUR 30 million excluding taxes over its total duration of 5 years. It does not confer exclusivity to the holder regarding the needs of the contracting entity.
