TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement primarily includes the following lump-sum base services: • all of the preventive maintenance and servicing operations (see § 6.1 below) for fire extinguishers, in compliance with safety regulations, in particular those relating to the Labour Code, and the rules of the art, to ensure that they function properly; • the continuous search for improved results, by putting in place and using suitable means and resources, complementary if necessary; • implementing, coordinating and supervising all of the services entrusted under the contract; • continuity of service, capacity monitoring, monitoring of the availability of the fire extinguishers; • ensuring the CLIENT is satisfied through the quality of service; • the commitment to continuous information; • maintainability and durability of the fire extinguishers’ operation at an optimal level, equivalent to or very close to that of the initial performance; • the long-term viability of the fire extinguishers through the implementation of a preventive maintenance program; • implementing and monitoring periodic quality checks making it possible to measure the achievement of the objectives defined with the CLIENT; •…
