Lot 1: Supply, IT Managed Services, Configuration, and Maintenance of IT Hardware and Associated Accessories
This lot encompasses:
- Supply of hardware, including computers, video projectors, network equipment, and connectivity.
- Supply of software and licenses as requested.
- IT managed services (infogérance).
- Configuration and maintenance of hardware (computers, video projectors, printers, network).
- Configuration and maintenance of software (office automation and network).
- Configuration of mobile telephony.
- Performing and maintaining an inventory of the IT equipment park, including location, assignment, status of hardware, installed software, and traceability of movements.
- Providing consultancy for the evolution of the IT equipment park (servers and workstations).
- Managing project piloting for equipment renewal, offering proposals for suitable tools, establishing quotes, and implementing the installation of renewed equipment.
- Monitoring and controlling the SPL's network infrastructure and managing network infrastructure.
- Administering servers.
- Supervision and monitoring of the infrastructure.
- Assistance for users (remote and on-site), technician interventions (on-site), systems/network administrator interventions, cybersecurity expert interventions, and dedicated IT project management.
Lot 2: Hosting and Maintenance of the Infrastructure
This lot includes:
- Hosting of servers (virtual and high-performance virtual servers), and if applicable, their relocation.
- Hosting secure storage and externalized backup.
- Providing Disaster Recovery Plan (PRA) and Business Continuity Plan (PCA) services.
- Secure VPN access.
- 24/7 infrastructure supervision.
- Migration and relocation services, including audit, migration of virtual machines and application data, migration of physical servers, and re-commissioning of servers.
- Post-migration acceptance assistance and rollback procedures.
- Administration of the infrastructure, covering system, network, and security administration.
- Corrective and preventive maintenance of the infrastructure.
- Production of SLA dashboards.
- Management of reversibility and transfer of skills at the end of the contract.
