- Hardware Supply: Providing physical equipment such as computers (laptops, desktops), displays, docking stations, keyboards, mice, headsets, webcams, UPS, tablets, SSDs, RAM, network switches, firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi access points, network cables, and various connectors.
- Software and Licenses: Supplying software and licenses, including Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Premium, administered antivirus, user workstation backup licenses, and VPN user licenses.
- Inventory Management and Evolution: Conducting and maintaining an inventory of the IT park (hardware location, assignment, status; software list and versions; movement history) and providing consulting services for its evolution, including project piloting for renewals.
- Infogérance, Configuration, and Maintenance: Ensuring the infogérance, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software (including office and network software), network infrastructure management, server administration, and supervision/monitoring of the IT infrastructure. This also covers the configuration of mobile telephony.
- Installation and Deployment: Services include workstation preparation and configuration, on-site deployment, workstation migration, network hardware installation, business software installation, user data recovery, and user training (individual and collective).
- Support: Providing remote and on-site user assistance, on-site technician interventions, systems/network administrator interventions, cybersecurity expert interventions, a dedicated IT project manager, and steering committee meetings.
Lot 2: Infrastructure Hosting and Maintenance
This lot focuses on:
- Hosting: Providing hosting for servers, including standard and high-performance virtual servers, secure storage, outsourced backup, Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) services, secure VPN access, and 24/7 infrastructure supervision.
- Migration and Relocation: Services such as pre-migration audits, migration of virtual machines and application data, physical to virtual server migration, physical server relocation and re-commissioning, weekend production cutovers, post-migration acceptance testing assistance, and rollback procedures.
- Infrastructure Administration: Covering system, network, and security administration, corrective and preventive infrastructure maintenance, production of SLA dashboards, reversibility management, and skill transfer at the end of the contract.
