TENDER DESCRIPTION
The procurement procedure used is: the negotiated procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-3, R. 2124-3 and R. 2161-12 to R. 2161-20 of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement is single-award.
