TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement relates to the missions of Safety and Health Protection Coordinator on the heritage operations of the City of Lyon, on its built heritage and surroundings. The SHPC coordinator requires a level of competence depending on the category of the site. Thus, there are 3 levels of SHPC: This SHPC contract applies to building projects and their surroundings, with each excluding VAT construction amount between 800,000 and 20,000,000 euro(s). In the project design phase, the coordinator's mission includes: - the preparation of the prior declaration, - the development and updating of the General Safety and Health Protection Coordination Plan (P.G.C.S.P.S.), - the compilation of the Future Intervention File on the Work (D.I.U.O.), - the opening and maintenance of the Logbook (R.J.), - seeking solutions to hygiene and safety problems raised by the design studies of the operation, analyzing clarifications requested from companies appended to their offers During the construction phase, the coordinator: - ensures the display on the site of the declaration required by the Labor Code; - organizes among the different companies including subcontractors, whether or not they…
