TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement concerns the missions of Safety and Health Protection Coordinator on heritage operations of the City of Lyon, on its built heritage and its surroundings. The SPS coordinator requires a level of expertise depending on the category of the construction site. Thus, there are 3 levels of CSPS: This SPS contract applies to building projects and their surroundings, each with a pre-tax work amount between 800,000 and 20,000,000 euro(s). In the project design phase, the coordinator's mission includes: - the establishment of the preliminary declaration, - the development and updating of the General Plan for Safety and Health Protection Coordination (P.G.C.S.P.S.), - the preparation of the Subsequent Intervention File on the Work (D.I.U.O.), - the opening and maintenance of the Log Book (R.J.), - the search for solutions to hygiene and safety problems raised by the design studies of the operation, the analysis of clarifications requested from companies in annex to their offer During the construction phase, the coordinator: - ensures the display on site of the declaration provided for in the Labor Code; - organizes between the various companies including…
