TENDER DESCRIPTION

In its capacity as the keeper of the municipal automobile pound in Niort, the City of Niort has decided to entrust the removal of vehicles parked in an obstructive manner to a specialized provider. In this respect, the purpose of this framework agreement is to entrust a professional with vehicle removal operations as part of the municipal pound service set up by the City of Niort. The contract holder will be responsible for removing the vehicles, transporting them to the pound, and placing them into the pound. The service activity volume is approximately 900 to 1000 vehicles over two years. This framework agreement sets the maximum amount at EUR 220,000 inclusive of all taxes for 2 years, i.e. a total of EUR 440,000 inclusive of all taxes in the event of renewal. The duration of the framework agreement is set at 2 years from 27 November 2026 or from the date of notification if that is later. The framework agreement may be renewed once by tacit decision. In the event that the annual maximum is reached before the deadline, renewal will be brought forward by service order.
