TENDER DESCRIPTION

As the keeper of the municipal automotive impound yard in Niort, the City of Niort has decided to entrust the removal of vehicles parked in a way that obstructs traffic to a specialized service provider. In this context, this framework agreement aims to entrust a professional with vehicle removal operations as part of the municipal impound yard service set up by the City of Niort. The contract holder will be responsible for removing the vehicles, transporting them to the impound yard, and placing them in the impound yard. The activity volume of the service is approximately 900 to 1,000 vehicles over two years. This framework agreement sets the maximum amount at EUR 220,000 excluding? TTC included? for 2 years, i.e. a total of EUR 440,000 TTC in the event of renewal. The duration of the framework agreement is set at 2 years from 27 November 2026 or from its date of notification if later. The framework agreement may be renewed once by tacit decision. In the event that the annual maximum is reached before the end date, renewal will be brought forward by a service order.
