TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Services under this Framework Agreement will be performed on the concession sections under the responsibility of the Client, as well as certain off-domain areas that are integrated into the Winter Road Maintenance circuits in agreement with the technical services of other managers. Consequently, the Carriers and Equipment assigned to the execution of this Framework Agreement must comply with traffic regulations on public roads. The period during which the Client may have the Services performed is set between November 1 and April 15 of each contractual year, without time limitation (24/24-7/7).
