Lot n°1 : Carburant sans plomb et gazole routier - Distribution du carburant par semi-remorque

The framework agreement is set to begin on January 1, 2027, or on the date of its notification if that occurs later, and will conclude on December 31, 2030. The duration of each subsequent contract for lots 1 and 2 will be detailed in their specific documents. For lots 1 and 2, the maximum execution period for subsequent contracts is established in the commitment act. For lots 3 and 4, the execution period is also defined in the commitment act and is not subject to change.

• Applicable standards/norms for products.
• Documents must be drafted in French language.
• Electronic signature via a qualified certificate from a qualified trust service provider, adhering to the eIDAS regulation (EU Regulation of July 23, 2014).
• Electronic signature via a certificate issued by a French or foreign certification authority that meets equivalent requirements to Annex I of the eIDAS regulation.
• Electronic signature via a qualified electronic signature certificate issued under the decree of June 15, 2012 (RGS certificate), with a security level of 2* or 3*.
• Accepted electronic signature formats: XAdES.
• Accepted electronic signature formats: CADES.
• Accepted electronic signature formats: PADES (strongly recommended).
• Software capable of reading .zip files.
• Software capable of reading .word files.
• Software capable of reading .excel files.
• Software capable of reading .jpg files.
• Compliance with the requirements of the environmental response framework ("cadre de réponse environnemental").
