TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement covers the establishment of a single-awarded framework agreement for assistance services for business management (GA) and works (GT) up to EUR 2,500,000 under CEA project management, including study services, works supervision, or testing, for the technical scope of general infrastructure, adaptations and building refurbishments, to ensure, at the required level, that the centre remains in operational condition. These services relate to all technical fields associated with the construction and equipment of tertiary or industrial buildings housing processes, in particular: roads and various utilities, civil engineering, structural work and secondary work, HVAC engineering (air conditioning, air handling, cleanrooms, heat generation, refrigeration), industrial fluids (helium, nitrogen, argon, compressed air, chilled water, softened water, steam and condensate, centralised extraction) and domestic fluids, primary and secondary vacuum, electrical works for strong-current systems (low voltage, high voltage, earthing networks, lightning protection, generating sets,...) industrial low-current electrical systems, computer networks, industrial automation.
