TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns a framework agreement having as its purpose the overall provision of an array of services, operation and maintenance services necessary for the operation of the Musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac, both in its day-to-day management and in the provision for events related to its activities. This is a single-award framework agreement, to be carried out both in a fixed-price portion (estimated at €47,543,335 excl. VAT) and in a purchase-order portion—without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of €12,000,000 excl. VAT over its entire term of performance. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of forty-eight (48) months from 1 July 2027 at the earliest, or from the date of notification if that date is later. In application of Article L.2112-2 of the Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique), the performance of the framework agreement includes an insertion clause through economic activity.
