TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns a framework agreement whose purpose is the overall provision of a range of service, operating and maintenance services required for the operation of the musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac, both for its day-to-day management and for handling the events related to its activities. This is a single-award framework agreement, to be performed both under a lump-sum portion (estimated at EUR 47 543 335 excluding VAT) and under an order form portion — with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 12 000 000 excluding VAT over the entire term of performance. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of forty-eight (48) months starting no earlier than 1 July 2027, or from the date of its notification if that is later. In application of Article L. 2112-2 of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique), performance of the framework agreement includes an insertion clause through economic activity.
