TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement with purchase orders covering the cleaning of Partenord Le Groupe’s administrative premises (off head office), awarded pursuant to Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code dated 1 April 2019. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount, and with an annual maximum amount of EUR 300,000 excluding tax (H.T), i.e. a total maximum amount of EUR 1,200,000.00 excluding tax (H.T) over the entire duration of the contract. It is single-awardee. It is concluded for an initial period of 12 (twelve) months from 1 January 2027 at midnight or, failing that, from the date of its notification, if that date is later. It is then tacitly renewable 3 (three) times for a period of 12 (twelve) months each, for a total duration that may not exceed 48 (forty-eight) months. The prices are unit prices and are subject to revision under the conditions set out in the CCAP. Pursuant to Article L.2112-2, an insertion action through economic activity is mandatory.
