TENDER DESCRIPTION

Multi-award framework agreement, with purchase orders and subsequent contracts, whose purpose is the execution of masonry and secondary works across the entire AMP platform, in particular: Plastering and masonry, Tiling, mosaic tiles, Facade render, Screeds, slabs, Construction and modification of reinforced concrete structures, Associated joinery works, Preliminary works, Specific dismantling and demolition, Installation of fencing. These services relate both to remedial interventions, intended to maintain, repair or restore existing structures, and to new works, development, extension or creation of the infrastructures required for the evolution and development of the airport platform. The framework agreement is thus intended to meet recurring maintenance needs for the built heritage, while supporting the implementation of the many investment and development projects carried out by AMP. Annual minimum: €400,000 ex VAT / Annual maximum: €2,500,000 ex VAT. Purchase orders will be allocated to the first two (2) successful tenderers designated at the tender stage.
