TENDER DESCRIPTION

The amount allocated constitutes a non-binding maximum spending cap for Rai; within that limit, the services forming the subject of the contract may be commissioned by issuing specific Implementation Contracts (Contratti Attuativi), for which the consideration will be determined on the basis of the unit prices set out in the six price lists (listini) used as the basis for the tender, relating to the different types of services that can be activated, to which the single percentage discount offered by the awardee will be applied, with the exception of the items expressly excluded from the discount pursuant to the tender documentation referred to in Price List No. 6 (six). The consideration thus determined will be quantified according to the service types effectively requested and the related quantities indicated in the individual Implementation Contract, using the formulas and methods provided for in the tender documents.
