TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement is to conclude an agreement with one accounting firm for the execution of the accounting services of the Performing Arts Fund. The agreement will be entered into for a period of four years, starting from the financial year 2027. This means that the agreement applies to the financial years 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030. The agreement will terminate by operation of law. If both parties are satisfied with the progress of the work, the agreement can be tacitly extended up to two times for a period of two years each. The accounting services include auditing the annual accounts, providing an audit opinion to the Supervisory Board, and issuing a report of findings. The usual advisory activities for the benefit of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board are also part of the accounting services.
