TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns accounting services. These are divided into: - the annual financial statement audit (from 2027), consisting of an interim and year-end audit, resulting in a management letter and an auditor’s report from which the auditor’s opinion statement follows. - the funding audit, resulting in the Assurance report. - a yet-to-be-determined number of separate audits for which Alfa-college must provide an approving statement to the central government (ministries) and other subsidy-granting authorities. (on call) - the natural advisory function in the continuation of the accounting and funding audits. The contractor shall carry out the contract in accordance with the programme of requirements as included in Appendix 1. More information can be found in the guidelines and the associated documents. The scope of the contract is estimated at approximately € 175,000 per year (including VAT). This amount is also the available budget. No rights can be derived from this amount.
