TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of this procurement contract essentially includes providing accounting services for HZ University of Applied Sciences. The services are aimed at both the certifying and the signaling function of the accountant (see definition list) and also include the natural advisory function associated with the performance of the accounting activities. Within the scope of the Contract, the following activities are included, not limited to: 1. The audit of the annual financial statements of Stichting HZ University of Applied Sciences, including the audit of the Act on standards for top incomes (WNT); o Deliverables: providing audit opinions, accountants’ reports, management letters and other reports resulting from the audit activities 2. The audit of the funding data; o Deliverables: assurance report 3. Providing requested and unsolicited advice within the framework of the natural advisory function. +- €95,000 per year excluding VAT and excluding optional services.
