TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the framework of a contract for services, the Contractor's task is to perform hardware and software maintenance, repair tasks, and engineering services related to the ACCS SCADA system. Planned services carried out during normal working hours: Hardware component maintenance Software application maintenance Database maintenance (alphanumeric and image databases) System administration System fault analysis Engineering services, consulting Services performed with 24/7 availability: Troubleshooting of critical components Hungarian language hotline telephone fault repair and consulting service with immediate availability. Questions raised on working days are answered substantively within 6 hours, questions raised on public holidays within 24 hours.
