TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract falls within the domain of information and communication technologies and covers the acquisition of software licences, maintenance services, support, training, technical assistance, configuration and development services applicable to all sites. As such, it is subject to the provisions of the CCAG-TIC. The use of this contract is justified by the need to ensure the continuity of operation of the SIAAP’s GED and of the AUTODESK tools, as well as their evolution in line with the needs of the operating divisions and investment projects. Indeed, in view of technological developments, SIAAP wishes to rely on this contractual support to support its design and construction projects, and to ensure optimized management of its assets. In order to benefit from the best economic terms, it is recommended to renew this framework agreement every 36 months. This is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum and with an annual maximum of 900,000.00 euro(s) excl. VAT, awarded through an open tender procedure.
