TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract covers the purchase and maintenance of printing tools. The contract is subject to a joint purchasing arrangement between the City and its CCAS. The City is the coordinator of the joint purchasing arrangement. The services are subject to a detailed presentation in the Special Technical Clauses (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières) and its annexes. Contract duration: 4 firm years for the acquisition, starting from notification, and 5 years of maintenance starting from the date the equipment is put into service (depreciation period). Optional lot: not applicable. Open tender procedure. The contract is a single-award framework agreement, concluded without a minimum and with a maximum, executed by purchase orders. The maximum amount over the duration of the contract (5 years for maintenance) is: - EUR 160,000 excluding tax for the acquisition portion - EUR 60,000 excluding tax per year for the annual maintenance portion.
