TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is for the purchase and maintenance of printing tools. The contract is part of a framework agreement for joint purchasing between the City and its CCAS. The City is the coordinator of the joint purchasing. The services are subject to a detailed presentation in the Particular Technical Specifications (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières) and its appendices. Contract duration: 4 firm years for the acquisition as of the date of notification and 5 years of maintenance as of the date the equipment is put into service (depreciation period). Optional lot: not applicable. Open tender procedure. The contract is a framework agreement with a single awardee, concluded without a minimum and with a maximum, executed by purchase orders. The maximum amount over the duration of the contract (5 years for maintenance) is: - EUR 160,000 ex VAT for the acquisition portion - EUR 60,000 ex VAT per year for the annual maintenance portion.
