TENDER DESCRIPTION

La Poste is looking for service providers capable of ensuring advice, supply, delivery, installation/assembly, adjustment, taking the furniture into use, the return of adapted furniture (new and refurbished) and workstation adaptation accessories in compliance with the applicable regulatory provisions. The Service Provider will also provide maintenance and after-sales service for the aforementioned equipment. The furniture will be delivered and adapted to the needs of users at all La Poste sites, but also to the homes of employees working remotely, in mainland France, in Corsica, and in the overseas departments and regions (DROM). The average expected annual number of workstation set-ups is 400. This figure is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute a commitment on the part of La Poste. Bidders must provide both two catalogues of suitable new furniture (the most frequently ordered furniture items and other ranges) as well as an offer of refurbished furniture.
